These stainless steel equipment filler tables is made from 18 gauge stainless steel (Type 304) with 1-5/8" sanitary rolled rim edge in front and there are square edges on the sides and a 1-1/2" splash of single metal thickness on the rear. The under shelf of this filler table is also made from 18 gauge stainless steel (Type 304).For stability, this filler table should be placed between two other tables.
